Purpose and operator
Unique Golden Sands FZ LLE operates VialTrace Production Backups, a private, operator-managed integration designed to store encrypted Vial Trace backup packages in an authorised Google Drive account and retrieve them for controlled verification and recovery. This integration is being configured and verified.
These information pages describe the backup integration only. They do not offer public access to backups, customer registration, a general SaaS subscription, commercial service commitments or permission to access another person's data. These terms do not replace a separately applicable customer or service agreement.
Authorised use
Only company-authorised operators may configure or operate the integration. Google account authorisation must be given through Google's supported OAuth consent process using the dedicated production client. The intended Drive permission is drive.file, not full-Drive, Gmail, calendar or contacts access. Do not bypass access restrictions, share access with unauthorised people, use credentials from other environments or use the production destination for unrelated data. Operators must have authority to back up the information involved.
Security and recovery
The intended process encrypts approved backup packages before off-site transfer. Passwords, access/refresh tokens, MFA codes, private recovery identities and backup packages must not be submitted through public contact channels or these pages. Use the approved protected operator mechanisms instead.
Production scheduling, pruning, independent recovery custody and end-to-end backup/restore qualification remain separately gated. Documenting a policy or creating a backup file is not proof of recoverability. Operators must not activate unqualified jobs, claim a successful restore without evidence or overwrite production during a recovery drill.
The approved default model is twice-daily backups plus a verified pre-release/ change backup, with normal retention of 30 days from individual creation and explicitly designated exceptions. This is not a promise that those jobs are running or that every intended backup has completed. The four-hour recovery planning target is internal, not a contractual SLA or demonstrated result.
Privacy and Google services
The integration's intended data use, access, retention and request handling are described in its privacy notice: https://vialtrace.com/privacy-policy/ Google Drive and OAuth also operate under the relevant Google service/account terms and policies. These pages do not claim Google's endorsement or approval. They do not guarantee a specific geographic storage location or immediate removal from every provider-controlled copy after a deletion request.
Retiring access
The Google account owner can revoke the integration's authorisation through Google account controls. Operators must follow the separately approved retirement procedure for the dedicated production connection. Revocation alone does not delete existing backups or release a documented hold. Do not revoke another environment's access or destroy recovery material as an incidental cleanup step.
Changes and contact
Material changes to the integration or these terms require review and an updated notice. Any additional Google API access requires appropriate disclosure and authorisation. New access rights or execution permissions are not granted merely by publishing an informational document.
